Hi Pete That was the old lido from before our time It was shut down and later replaced by the paddling pool(s) Jerry Ref post #13: I don't reckon that's 'our' Victoria Park, Jerry. The sun-angle suggests that the left-hand side would be north-ish, which would mean that we'd be looking towards Hay Mills, so that peculiar-looking building peeping over the top of the changing cubicles would have to be on very high ground (and the Cov slopes downward in that direction). The old maps show the lido to be loaf-shaped rather than rectangular (though it became rectangular in later years) and photo's show lots of fancy facade on the north side, not changing cubicles.
