Here's a fantastic site for looking at early 20th century Birmingham i.e. 1919-1953 (including parts of Small Heath & Bordesley Green) from above.
www.britainfromabove.org.uk/asearch?search=birmingham&order=2
If you go to the home page & click on "Browse amazing images", then in the "search" box type in the town/city that you want, you'll find loads of places of interest!!

Alan Clawley's book 'Batsfords Birmingham Then And Now' has a nice aerial shot of our patch, on Page 112, taken in the 60's. Baker Street is clearly visible along the entire length of its south side! (but inexplicably darker than most of the rest of the photo - the Baker Street Curse, maybe?).

Hi Malc, I think there is a curse on Baker Street, probably instigated by the dodgy threesome ( Jerry, Bernie & Peter)...... Ray.
