Longbridge - Austin works -1938 - just before WW11 changes
Wonder how they tranferred vehicles from one side of the Bristol road to the other, prior to the hideous overhead tunnel that they constructed!

it was called the westworks and they had a plant there called the rota dip body was sent over there to be dipped in rust proofing they was sent over there by truck then they would come back by truck in to the east works they went to the end of the track via a thing called the seven sisters each body was put on the end of the track for assembly
