that's my grandmother Nora Hutton's shop at 66 Green Lane, in fact that could be her outside sweeping up. Any more memories or photos of the shop and that part of Green Lane?

I'd never seen this one before so I thought it worthy of posting here, I'm not from Small Heath but I'm assuming it is looking down Bordesley Green from the junction of Churchill Rd and Blake Lane where a bunch of us would occasionally make the trip to the dance at The Custard House in the 60's. Just love these old pictures around Small Heath where I came from in 40s/50s/ till we left in the 60s, its all changed so much, shame really. Thank you again for putting them on for all to see. Kathy x
