It doesn't work on Chrome for me but I've just tried it with Internet Explore and it worked ok There are a couple of pics that I haven't seen before but most of them are already on the forum.

I was just wondering if any one has a photo of the old lady that sold carrier bags by the steps of the top market in the bullring in the late 50 until the 60s you could hear her calls all over the market

thanks for the photo now that's a puzzle to me in 1952 to 1953 I had a job well sort of a job in the bullring with the traders getting them tea going round the sorting yard in fact doing what I could to make few bob for my work I often got a bag full of fruit and veg plus a few coppers now the bag lady had her own tin mug and she would have that filled with almost black tea and one spoon full of sugar but I have to say this does not look much like the old lady to me now could this photo be of one of her family doing her job now unless its me and my mind has gone a drift we are looking at 60 odd years ago but thanks for the trouble of pointing out this photo I'm now in a tiz roy

Hi Roy I can't vouch for the info with the pic, I've had thousands of pics posted on the forum over the years by hundreds of different people so I take them on face value until told different. I do know that the carrier lady's name was Beatrice Gibbs. Jerry
